Wu Qing, male, Han Chinese, a CPC member, born in April 1965, holds a doctorate in economics.
In charge of development and reform (energy, price), emergency management, comprehensive population management, taxation, statistics, national defense mobilization, China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Lingang New Area construction, integrated development of Yangtze River Delta region, execution of bills and proposals, transparency of administrative affairs, transformation of city digitalization. He assists work in fiscal affairs and auditing.
He supervises the Municipal Development and Reform Commission (the Municipal Pricing Bureau), the Municipal Grains and Material Reserves Bureau, the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, the Municipal Statistics Bureau, the Municipal National Defense Mobilization Office (the Municipal Civil Air Defense Office), the Municipal Tax Service, State Taxation Administration. He works closely with the Municipal Fiscal Affairs Bureau and the Municipal Auditing Bureau.
